This is the Double stick Heaven and Earth. The only difference between this and Heaven 6 is that the low strike is coming up from down, as in the Heaven and Earth the edge is pointing down and striking up, a sneak attack sort of thing, while in Heaven 6 the stick is always pointing up, even when you strike low.
